1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between the Player and fbabaje ("the Platform") and govern all access to and use of the fbabaje website, mobile interface, applications, and any related services ("the Service"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a wager on the fbabaje platform, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary rules or promotion-specific terms published on the platform from time to time.

fbabaje operates as a safe and reliable online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. All platform content, including game interfaces, promotional materials, support communications, and legal documentation, is published in English. Players who are uncomfortable reading English are encouraged to seek assistance from the fbabaje support team before creating an account or placing real-money wagers.

fbabaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a revised "Last Updated" date will appear at the top of this document and, where appropriate, a notification will be sent to the Player's registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to check this page regularly.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To access real-money betting and casino services on fbabaje, a Player must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. The registration form requires a valid email address, a username, a strong password, and confirmation of the Player's date of birth. The Player warrants that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to create and maintain a fbabaje account, the Player must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of use.
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of fbabaje or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• Not be the subject of a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the fbabaje platform or imposed by any gambling support organisation to which the Player has applied.
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party — accounts must be registered and used solely for the Player's own personal entertainment.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

fbabaje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming best practices. The platform may request identity documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid passport.
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement (issued within 90 days) as proof of address.
• Screenshot or transaction receipt confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, fbabaje may impose restrictions on the Player's account, including temporary suspension of withdrawal requests. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the fbabaje platform. If the platform identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person — whether by matching name, date of birth, address, payment method, IP address, or device identifier — all duplicate accounts will be closed. The balance of any duplicate account will be voided, and any winnings generated from a duplicate account may be confiscated at fbabaje's discretion.

3 Age Restriction and Verification

fbabaje is strictly an adult platform. The minimum age to register, deposit, and wager on fbabaje is 18 years. This rule applies without exception to all players regardless of the game type, bet size, or promotional context. fbabaje takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and operates robust age verification procedures at registration and throughout a player's account lifecycle.

Where fbabaje has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. During the suspension period, the player may not place bets, withdraw funds, or access any paid game feature. The player will be requested to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document confirming their date of birth. fbabaje will complete the review within 5 business days of receiving satisfactory documentation.

Players are reminded that it is an offence under the terms of this agreement to allow or facilitate access to your fbabaje account by any person under the age of 18. If you share a household with minors, you are responsible for ensuring that your login credentials are kept private and that your account is logged out when not in use.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fbabaje platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fbabaje supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary at any time and is subject to the policies of the respective payment service providers.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are processed and credited to your fbabaje account balance in real time for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear.
• fbabaje does not charge a platform-side fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are your responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your fbabaje account must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity. Deposits made solely for the purpose of withdrawing without wagering may be treated as suspicious activity under the platform's fraud prevention policy.
• fbabaje only accepts payments from accounts or cards registered in the Player's own name. Payments from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days. Priority processing may be available for verified accounts with a satisfactory account history.
• Before a withdrawal can be approved, the Player must have completed KYC verification and must have wagered the deposited amount at least once in genuine betting activity.
• fbabaje reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 of these Terms.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. fbabaje reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts once the balance has remained static for 12 months. The inactivity fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any identity verification request outstanding on the account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

fbabaje offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the general bonus rules set out in this section, as well as any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a Player's account carry a wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms page on the fbabaje platform. As a general guide:

• Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Free spin winnings typically carry a wagering requirement of 20x the total winnings value.
• Reload bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 15x to 25x the bonus amount.

Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. If the requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally towards clearing a wagering requirement. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% of each wager value, while live casino table games (including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack) contribute 10%. Sports pre-match single bets at odds of 1.5 or greater contribute 100%. Void or cancelled bets, and bets placed at odds below 1.5, do not contribute towards wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

fbabaje actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent ("bonus hunting"), registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and coordinated wagering patterns across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, fbabaje reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the account permanently.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the fbabaje platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or casino game. General betting rules are set out below. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the Rules section of each relevant game or betting market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail for that game only.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. fbabaje does not accept responsibility for bets placed at odds that were displayed due to a technical error — such bets may be voided at the platform's discretion.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. Bets accepted after an event that changes the natural outcome of a market (e.g., a wicket falls, a penalty is awarded) but before the odds are updated may be voided by fbabaje.
• Cricket betting markets follow standard international cricket rules as recognised by the International Cricket Council (ICC). BPL matches follow BCCI/BCB fixture rules as applicable.
• fbabaje reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any market at any time, including in cases of match postponement, abandonment, suspected match fixing, or data feed errors.
• Maximum payout per single event win is subject to limits published on the platform. Winnings above the stated maximum will be paid at the maximum amount, and the remaining stake will be returned.

6.2 Casino and Slots

• All casino games and slot titles on fbabaje use certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by our licensed game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party.
• Malfunction of a game voids all plays and returns the stake. In the event of a demonstrated game malfunction, the maximum liability of fbabaje is the return of the player's stake for the affected round only.
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid by the relevant game provider and are subject to that provider's published jackpot terms.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet or casino wager has been confirmed and accepted by the fbabaje platform, it cannot be cancelled or altered by the Player. Exceptions apply only in the event of a documented system error that resulted in the bet being placed incorrectly or at incorrect odds, and only where the Player reports the error to support within 30 minutes of the affected transaction.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbabaje platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged documents at any stage of registration or KYC.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information about hole cards in live poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where the Player has direct or indirect knowledge of a predetermined outcome. fbabaje cooperates with sports integrity bodies to report suspicious betting patterns.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, browser automation, or any other automated mechanism to place bets or interact with games. All accounts must be operated manually by a human player.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after wagering deposited funds on the platform. Any chargeback claim will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Money laundering: Using the fbabaje platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine entertainment. fbabaje applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical glitches, display errors, pricing errors, or any other platform malfunction for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error may be voided.
• VPN and proxy use: Accessing the fbabaje platform using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or any other tool to disguise your true geographic location or IP address.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

fbabaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be informed by email to their registered address and will be given the opportunity to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

A Player may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the fbabaje support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any verified balance may be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4 of these Terms. Accounts closed under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are subject to the additional terms of the Responsible Gaming Policy.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Closure

Grounds on which fbabaje may close a Player account include, but are not limited to:

• Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected match fixing or use of insider information.
• Confirmed use of automated betting software.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at fbabaje staff.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full if the breach involved financial gain through prohibited conduct. In all other cases, a verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days of the closure decision.

8.3 Complaints and Disputes

If a Player disagrees with a decision made by fbabaje regarding their account, a bet outcome, or a bonus ruling, they may submit a formal complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a clear description of the issue, the date it occurred, and the desired resolution. fbabaje will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will aim to resolve the matter within 14 business days. All complaint communications will be conducted in English.
